Return Policy - BikesRPG:

We are delighted to announce that we now accept returns on all purchased items, with the exception of items such as Invi-Stands, etc. If you wish to initiate a return for a purchased item, kindly follow the steps below:

3. A member of our customer support team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days, providing further instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Restocking Fee:

Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25 of the item's purchase price. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned item.

Return Guidelines:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
