TOP #1 FAQ: What if my product is damaged upon arrival?
If you believe you have received a defective product (damaged, print errors, etc.) please contact us with photos of the issue/s. We will do whatever we can to make things right. Due to our printing method, it is common for there to be small white streaks near the seems and armpits. We do our best to prevent these marks, but they are a side-effect of dye-sublimation printing.

BikesRPG have the capabilities to not only print your designs or logo, but also function as a creative agency to assist you in bringing your vision to life.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Can I return an item for a refund?
BikesRPG is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, BikesRPG offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 1 week of product delivery.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note:If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, BikesRPG will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
You are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers.

Clothes and hat will come in high-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).

Sales tax
Sales tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated for each order based on the “ship to” address – more specifically, on the zip code.
The exact sales tax percentage differs, not only for each state, but also within the same state. Sales tax is calculated from the Printify production price (from the final retail price for California).
In some states, the shipping fee is also taxable.
Printify will only collect sales tax for the specific states that we are registered for in the US, including orders for international sellers where the destination is within the US.

We do not require a minimum order, but the printing process is more cost effective in higher quantities. We quote each order uniquely with the intent of providing the lowest price possible for every order. Many times we are able to find a solution whether your order is 5 shirts or 500 shirts.
